Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. This Returns Policy was last updated on 17/07/17.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to apply for returns. And please note that we may offer corresponding return policy or solution to customer's application based on different problems or situations.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation and get a full refund.

However, orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 75% of product purchase price. The deductions are for restocking/processing fees.

All of the products cannot be returned and orders can no longer be canceled once they are shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please log in to My Orders, select your order and request cancellation.

Replacement or Refund Policy

You are eligible for a partial/full refund (shipping charge not included) or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item.

For lost items or mis-shipped items, we will reship for you if it's in stock, or else you will get a refund. You'll get an extra 5% of product purchase price if you agree to have the refund back into your Yiilighting account.

For defective items, you may initiate a return for defective item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
*Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
*Incorrect item was received

Any product that has been shipped and received without quality problem does not qualify for a return. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping and have to return it, "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier and original tags and packaging should be included in your returned package, and You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.

We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

You can contact us through your account using Live Chat or in My Inquiries to Customer Service within 15 days upon receiving your order. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message.

Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a replacement or refund according to the Replacement or Refund Policy mentioned above. All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal.

We reserve the right not to accept the returns or to process the replacement or the refund request without prior approval from our Customer Service.
